The management team is also responsible for the management of a property division with a portfolio of over 2.5 Billion Rand. This consists of properties in Polokwane, Newcastle, Richards Bay, Durban and Gauteng. It varies from regional shopping centres to industrial and factory buildings.

 Savannah Mall is a very well established shopping centre in the Polokwane area. It is situated close to the CBD-area and easily accessible. Protea Gardens Mall

  Protea Gardens Mall is situated in Protea South, a suburb of Soweto. It's one of the first of its kind to be established in Soweto itself. Protea Gardens opened its doors to the public in 2005 and has since increased its retail shops to a formidable ±90 stores. It boasts a diverse shopping experience with a wide variety of shops, from grocery stores to various retail stores including cell phone stores, clothing and shoe boutiques, and various beauty stores. There are also numerous food outlets situated in the centre. The centre is situated on the busy Old Potch Road, a major taxi route, and is close to the local railway station.

Victorian Mall

 

 The construction of the Victorian Mall commenced in 1995 and was completed during 1996. The Victorian Mall did not only strengthen the CBD area, but also sparked numerous other commercial developments both within the CBD and surrounding areas. The Victorian Mall is unique with its modern building style, and was also built with low maintenance in mind. It is one of a few buildings in Newcastle that offers undercover parking. It houses four cinemas, which is the only cinemas in a radius of 260km.  

During 2012 the Victorian mall was expanded with 8,000m² GLA to provide shoppers from Newcastle and surrounding areas with new and exciting tenants such as Cambridge Food.  


Nida Building
